Pumpkin Spice Shake

By this time of year it’s regular to see autumn decorations adorning home porches and window sills. For the nostalgic types out there, here’s a sweet little recipe that’ll keep you reminiscing about summer all while welcoming autumn with open arms!

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream (and whipped cream to top as well, optional)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Directions:

1: Add all of ingredients to blender and blend until combined. Add a little more milk if you would like a more runny texture.

2: (Optional): Top with some whipped cream and sprinkle on some pumpkin spice.

Enjoy!

  • I am in love! I am so pro-pumpkin but sadly for me, in Australia it is treated as a year-round vegetable and not as a seasonal sweet ingredient. This shake is all the wow!

    • Didn’t know that. Such a different concept to what it represents here! You can barely get on with autumn without hearing the words ”pumpkin spice latte” being thrown around. Glad you love it! 🙂
