For the love of kale. 🙂
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mayonnaise (optional)
1: Preheat oven to 300F.
2: Cut kale leaves off of thick stems and cut into chip-sized pieces. Wash leaves and pat dry.
3: Drizzle olive oil over kale and then sprinkle salt over them. Using your hands, toss leaves around to create even oiling and seasoning.
4: Place kale chips in a single layer over baking sheet and bake for approx. 20 minutes or until crispy and slightly browned at edges.
Enjoy with a side of mayonnaise!
