It’s in the little things 🙂
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tsp of sugar
- Alternatively, you can also use vanilla yogurt or flavoured yogurt
Dip blueberries into yogurt one at a time and roll them around, making sure they are fully covered in yogurt. Place onto a parchment sheet on a tray and place into the freezer for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
