I’ve narrowed down my favourite Bolognese spaghetti sauce combination to the Florentine Spinach and Cheese sauce along with an addition of fresh ingredients.
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1/2 jar Classico Florentine Spinach & Cheese sauce
- 2 handfuls ground beef
- 1/2 large chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 large chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 chopped red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- One step seasoning (to taste)
- Olive oil
1: Pour about two tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet and cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
2: Add in yellow and red bell peppers along with onions and garlic. Stir around.
3: Lastly, add in the Classico pasta sauce (you can add more than half the jar depending on how runny you like the sauce to be). Sprinkle on the oregano and seasoning. Stir. Enjoy!
