You’ll have to trust me when I say matcha cookies and a tall glass of milk are the greatest way to treat yourself after a long day. Inspired by a simple recipe I recently discovered on the Kickchenista blog, it’s likely a recipe I’l make again and again.
There are two slight adjustments to this recipe: 1) mint matcha was used instead and 2) 2 tablespoons of milk were added to help the dough come together. Simply incorporate the milk before beating the dough. Slightly smaller cookies were also made by padding down and flattening a bit, because hey, who doesn’t love a cute bite-sized cookie.
