3 Simple and Delicious Breakfast Ideas

“I feel like people who make breakfast really have their lives together”.

3 of my go-to breakfast favourites:

1. Avocado/Tomato/Egg Toast on Hearty Whole-Grain Bread

Avocado toast

Toast the whole-grain bread, poach the eggs, cut up the avocados and tomatoes. Assort the avocado and tomato onto the toast and top with poached egg. Top with Greek seasoning or seasoning of your choice.

2. Homemade Banana Pancakes

Mix the pancake ingredients (minus the honey/syrup), butter a skillet and pour about 2-3 spoons of the mixture onto it. Heat at low-medium heat and flip over to cook the other side once it gets golden-brown. You can top the pancakes with bananas like I did and drizzle some honey/maple syrup over it. Enjoy!

3. Kiwi Yogurt/Matcha Frappuccino

Pour some of the yogurt into a bowl, top with some chopped up kiwi, coconut shreds and flax seeds. The matcha frappuccino is simply made by blending some milk (or soy milk) and matcha powder, topping with whipped cream and sprinkling some extra matcha powder on top.
